Communication is important to make people understanding each other. As a leader, communication with the is also needed. A leader disposed to solve the employer's problems by giving good suggestions to fix everything. But it often failed. The failure happens because they didn't spend much time to diagnose and trully understanding the problem. Much people listening to answering, they don.t listening to understanding. To be a good leader, we must learn about listening actively. Listening actively means responding the speaker's words and feeling, avoid to solve the problem by ourself but lead the speaker (employer) to solve it themself independently. It can make them feel like our friend and it can make us get more respect from them.
