From the entrepreneurship, the principle is acceptable. About earning money without money. People selling their packet to get some money and the product they sell is free. So, they don’t need a capital to earn money. But, what about their ethic? The good moral and attitude? It is acceptable?

In my opinion, it is not! What about you? There is another phenomena lately. At Idul adha this year, one of Islamic Great Day, Moslem sacrifice goat and cow and share it to people needed. It establishes in every mosque in the city or village. In the biggest mosque in Jakarta, Istiqlal Mosque there is held a big Idul Adha event. They slaughter hundreds of goat and cow and shared it to poor people in that area. But, there is something shocked me in that pure day. Being reported that one of the citizen came to get the sacrifice meat and sell it again consciously. He told that he has a market in his home and consciously will sell again the free gift with normal price. He also offers some citizens there, to sell their meat to him with a half price. He said that his activity is not inflict a financial loss to other. There are also some citizens who sell their meat to him because they said that they can’t cook the meat or they have to take a long trip to back home. So they choose to sell it in a half price. They feel that they doesn’t lose anything because they just need to wait and get the meat free. ( without money ) then they sell it to earn money. Do you still think the man activity is acceptable? Even in entrepreneurship?

As we know that entrepreneurship is a skill needed at this globalization era. We no longer can really on being an employee in a company. The number of jobless person in the most states or country in the world is extremely increasing every year, or even every minute. The monetary crisis in all part of the world makes this condition getting worse. The only best way to get out from this condition is being an entrepreneur. My professor in AMIKOM college Yogyakarta is an example of success entrepreneur. He built an best IT college and he is an author of many entrepreneur skills books. He is a real example. He inspires me and most of his students. He told me that an entrepreneur is a person who can survive in all situation, even the most. An entrepreneur can change the threats becomes an opportunity. He or she can maximize his on her strength and minimize his or her weakness. My professor, M. Suyanto also told that making money not always need a capital. We can earn money without money ( capital ). But what about selling a gift?

During this year, our government has a new program. They convert the using of kerosene into gas to cook. The government distributed free gas stove and 3 kilos gas tube to poor Indonesian people in all the country. The government hoped that this program can reduce the using of kerosene to cook because the amount of petroleum in the world decreasing rapidly and the price is more expensive time by time. But the reality in the field is shocking in reason of unknown, some of the citizen resell the packet of gas stone and gas tube to another person. They said that they afraid to use the gas stove because they accustomed to use the kerosene stove. They afraid if they misuse the gas stove, it can explode. They glad to get some money by selling their gift packet learn to use this more economical and free tools.

The of an organization or a is depended on the leader and one of the important thing in an organization activities is communication. Communication is important to make people understanding each other. As a leader, communication with the is also needed. A leader disposed to solve the employer's problems by giving good suggestions to fix everything. But it often failed. The failure happens because they didn't spend much time to diagnose and trully understanding the problem. Much people listening to answering, they don.t listening to understanding. To be a good leader, we must learn about listening actively. Listening actively means responding the speaker's words and feeling, avoid to solve the problem by ourself but lead the speaker (employer) to solve it themself independently. It can make them feel like our friend and it can make us get more respect from them.

The must respect the ideas from the employer. Even it looks unimportant, the leader response for the employer ideas can affect the employer motivation for the future. The leader is no need to use all the ideas, he just need to accept the idea and compliment them.

To be a high speed company,the leader should create some small teams to do a project in a certain time. Every person in the team work in a job which is suitable with his capabiliity. So in a team, every person takes a certain part and it makes the team becomes perfect. Then every team free decide the best creative way to do the . Then every team presents their work until the company get the best work for finish the project. , which is lead by does this system to develop the company. They call it "".
